A spokesperson for Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan told Newsweek : "This claim is not accurate. Mark didn’t contribute to any candidates this election cycle. He and Priscilla donated to

non-partisan organizations that provided grants to state and local election officials to safely administer the vote during an unprecedented pandemic, so that every eligible voter could vote safely and have their vote counted."

Zuckerberg said in a Facebook post in October that he and his wife Priscilla Chan were donating $100 million to the election advocacy group Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) to fund U.S. voting infrastructure, including for smaller races. That was on top of an earlier donation of $300 million.
