We had a small finger food and wine cooler thing at my sisters house after our rehearsal. My in laws did not mention anything about offering to go out. It was more that no one would have eaten dinner at the time the rehearsal was, so we went back there and got some food we had brought over earlier. My in-laws came and didn’t say a word.
