Location of the Tabernacle in the Churches...

In a separate chapel behind the alter. The wall is a glass wall, however, so it can be seen from the pews, even though it’s technicly in a different room
 
In our parish it is behind the altar.

I was in Berlin last year and was surprised at where they had the tabernacle in the cathedral. It was in a basement area reached by steps down from the main floor. Something really felt wrong about our lord being kept in a basement.
 
To the left of the altar, but in a very prominent place. It is also large; it cannot be missed.
 
Behind the altar is a gorgeous golden tabernacle. Our church was expanded last year to accommodate more worshippers, but no change was made to the position of the tabernacle, thank the Lord. 🙂

same with my parish is fix so the only way to remove you have to remove the whole back of are alter screen what is marble and would be very expensive to do
 
At my parish church, it’s located to the right of the altar. Very easy to see.
 
front and center behind the altar that the consecration takes place on, Sadly, at my sister’s parish in another diocese, they sadly don’t have HIS HOUSE behind/on the altar…no place for one yet.
 
Behind the alter. My husband has been in this parish for about 15 years, and it had been to the left of the alter for all that time. Three or four years ago, our pastor had it moved back to the center, where it belongs. He made a big deal of it, returning Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament to the center behind the alter at the Easter Vigil Mass.
 
Front and center right on the altar, of course we are Byzantine Catholics and the tabernacle has always been on the altar.It is a beautiful all gold tabernacle.

The better to genuflect to :crossrc: (so that the young can learn to worship Jesus in the Eucharist).

Hide and seek has its place but … 🤷
 
Behind the altar, to the left. (As viewed when looking from the congregation).
 
In my parish, built in the early 1900s, it is behind the altar. However, I have been at parishes built in the 1960s and 1970s where it is on the side, which I detest, frankly, as I think the Tabernacle should be in the centre of the church building.
 
What was the reasoning behind moving the Tabernacle from behind the altar to other parts of the Church?I know this occurred post VII.:confused:
