Loneliness is difficult. I know firsthand! I am praying for you! 😃

God Bless You! I will say a Hail Mary for you tonight! Always remember that God never abandons us. In this time of struggle, I would suggest a couple of things…

-Serve others! Go out to the suffering and help them. It will wipe away your loneliness and bring you true joy!

-Go to Eucharistic Adoration! Don’t sit the whole time and say ā€œGod help me to not be lonely.ā€ Rather, just sit and calm down in the presence of the God. Like the sun, let the glow of the Blessed Sacrament shine on you. It truly changes the individual.

Holy Michael the Archangel defend us in the day of battle.
Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host,
by the Power of God,
thrust down to hell satan and all the wicked spirits,
who wander through the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Remember, O most loving Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession and was left forsaken. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you I come, before you I stand, a sorrowful sinner. Despise not my words, O Mother of the Word, but in your mercy, hear and answer me.
Amen

Lord Jesus Christ, I am far from home and family today and afflicted with a bad case of homesickness. Even though it is important and right for me to be away, I miss my loved ones and my familiar surroundings. Help me to realize that true Christians are never alone—their spiritual family is ever with them:
You, the Father, and the Holy Spirit, let me dedicate myself anew to You today, thus overcoming these very human feelings within me. Then help me to return home with greater appreciation for my family and for the things that I have from You. Amen.

Dear Lord, please wrap your loving arms around them and diminish their loneliness. Send your earthbound angels to comfort the soul of this young person trying to find their way through life. Help them to reach out and find others who find solace in You.

Praying that the Lord may strengthen you and enable you to find new friends near you. Also praying for all necessary graces for you.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Praying hard. Years ago my son had the same problem when he went to university, but eventually made friends and loved being there. Hang in there and hopefully you’ll make friends soon.

I pray for you, humbly ASK God for wisdom to cope,
James 1:5 says ā€œ[He] gives [wisdom] generously to
all w/o [finding fault]ā€ He will help you, just importune
Him in prayer and fasting.(Did I mention that He LOVES
you and wants the BEST for you? Unfortunately the devil
takes advantage of this situ to try to put doubts in your
head, that’s why HUMILITY is the only defence against this)
James 4 says ā€œsubmit yourselves to God, RESIST the devil
and HE WILL FLEE FROM YOUā€ Good advice.šŸ‘

Our Father, who is in heaven,
Your name be held holy,
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses
as we have forgiven those who trespassed against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Last June , we were blessed with the opportunity to travel through Germany,
What a magnificent experience we had,
We saw small country towns, there church’s were like mini Cathedrals ,
Simple awesome, Such a clean tidy country, maybe we saw the place through
Rose coloured glasses ,but we loved it, if we could speak fluent German,
We would stay their for a while longer,
If you become lonely, you have like minded people on here with which to make friends,
All you need to do, is say hello…it’s that simple…
Good luck with your study,,,,, and God Bless

Did the river cruise from Vienna to trier … And bus tours along the way,
Went on a bus that went much to fast driving through Nuremberg,
I MUST go back there, Trier was amazing, that castle, everything was amazing

Wow, that is a very scenic route. šŸ™‚

You will probably have been told that Trier is an old Roman settlement, which you can still see in the architecture. It is also a very ancient diocese. Catholic-Hierarchy.org claims it was erected in the 1st century, though I would say that is probably a little early. But then, I’m not an expert.

A fellow passenger walked around with me, he was a retired builder,
He pointed out several features I would have missed ,
Like the Roman tiles between blocks of stone used as spacers,
And the key lock stones that hold everything in place,
He explained how it was constructed,
Plus another thing that amazed us both, was the cobble stone roads and open areas .
How the stones follows the couture of the ground without lumps and bumps,

unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly to you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother.
