Find something you enjoy doing and you’ll meet friends there.
Reading, go to the library. Join a tennis club, join a bowling team, join a church choir. The key is to unplug from social media and actualy go out and meet people by doing things you enjoy, recreation, sports, movies, games anything like that.

Start your own singles ministry at church or in the community? Start volunteering. Help transport seniors, homeless ministry, prison ministry, pro life ministry. Join a lay apostolate.
Go to adoration and ask the Holy Spirit to send you his guidance and to fill your heart deeply! Go to daily mass (if possible).
You’ll soon realize that you are not as lonely as you thought. :twocents:

Dear God,
I feel alone.
Please bring the warmth of relationships into my life.
