Long awaited prayer answered(partially)

Hello Folks,

I have had a prayer request recently answered. I had been unemployed for several months. In that time I said numerous novenas to various Saints.

I haven’t yet obtained the Job fully(background/credit check pending) but I hopefully anticipate I will. How do I properly pay homage to novena’s I previously thought were unanswered many months ago and new ones regarding the same issue?

You could have a Mass said with this intention: “In thanksgiving to several saints for favor received.”
 
That sounds like something I hadn’t thought of.

I was hoping some posting online in honor might suffice?

I mean, are there laws surrounding this besides superstition?

You are not really obliged to do anything, unless you promised them something in return for a favorable outcome to your novenas to them.

But don’t forget to thank them; not once, but often. 🙂
 
From my scant knowledge of what is done in these situations…the novena is repeated, but in thanksgiving instead of petition 👍
