Longtime friends of family--couple in ICU from car accident

My sister called me this morning–letting me know that her best friend from high school, and her husband were in a near fatal crash last night, heading to Miami. The husband is in recovery,but his wife had both legs and arms broken–and her pelvis as well–in this terrible accident.😦 They have done CAT scans, and I just spoke with my sister who is at the hospital–the wife is still in surgery–she’s been in there since 8am this morning! Please say a prayer that she makes it, and that they can somehow recover from this tragedy. Thanks so much!

Keeping your sister’s best friend and husband in prayer at this time and especially her best friend…and her surgeon and medical team…praying too for family and friends who are worried at this time …
 
Thanks everyone–My sister was supposed to call me this evening, to let me know what is going on–and she hasn’t yet. It’s already 7:40pm!😦 I hope things went well in her friend’s surgery…you know, life just changes on a dime–it gets a little unnerving to think about how fragile our lives are, you know?
