Longtime Prayer Warrior is ill

One of our longtime, most-loved Prayer Warriors has been confined to bed, battling a respiratory infection for several days now. She suffers with auto-immune difficulties as well, so I’m very concerned for her.

She would never ask for prayers for herself, so I’m doing it on her behalf. 🙂

Would you please pray for her and her family?

Lord, please grant quick healing to this prayer warrior by the gentle touch of your divine hand. Send many angels to minister to and comfort her during this trying time. Lead her through the mystery of suffering and grant her the graces to sustain her in the face of any difficulties. Lead her toward joy, wisdom, understanding, and piety, all the way through this and all occasions, to the eternal garden of joy. Have mercy, Lord. Our Lady, pray with us. Amen.

Some good news 🙂

I received a note from the PW this morning. After several almost-sleepless nights, and being too ill to even eat, she finally got a good night’s rest and seems to be “on the mend”. She said she’s feeling so much better today! 🙂
