Looking for a 3rd order community

Hello,

I have been trying to find information on 3rd order communities and where they may be located… I have tried contacting various groups and have had little response back from them… My wife and I live in Boston right now and are moving back to our home of North Carolina soon and are curious about what, or if any, groups are located in the Raleigh Durham area… If someone could please help us out that would be great!

If you are looking interested in looking into the Secular Franciscan Order (SFO) then you can look at the following link:

There are several fraternities in the NC area.
 
Well I’m not sure what 3rd Order you’re interested in, but
The Secular Order of Discalaced Carmelites in various states, can be found here;

Also, being you’re in Boston, right in Brighton is the OCDS Monestary, who can link you up with a 3rd Order Group.
A 3rd order group meets at the monastery.
