Neutral/academic is probably a good description. This was the edition used in my son’s Intro to the Bible college class. I would think that Oxford Annotated Study Bible fits this description also. I believe their goal is to be ecumenical - the latter has an article on the books of the apocrypha and which ones are used by which churches that I have found good for comparison.I can’t speak for doctrine, maybe neutral / academic. I have owned two copies. It is my first choice for a Bible with the Apocryphals. I am not a Bible scholar though, and you’d need to assess the commentary for your own needs.
The OP looks to be searching for one that is purely Catholic in bias.

Have you looked at the New International Revised Version Study Bible?? I think there is a Catholic version although the Bible I had was non-Catholic. There is a lot of information, drawings, as well as archeological notes.
If you have a Bible Society near you, pay them a visit.
