Looking for a "Miracle"

Update:

My husband went to the Post Office. Was told the “delivered” meant it was delivered to Fedex in SC. (:confused: If we wanted Fedex, we would have sent it that way.) PO said for him to keep tracking it… (Why aren’t **they **in charge of that?) He is going to go back again and see if they can just have package returned to him. It was supposed to be there today and my son will not be where he is much longer to receive it. Employee at POmassured my husband it would get there in time when he sent it. :rolleyes:

Please St. Anthony, intercede for us. Find this lost package if you can, and help us as requested.

Note: I tracked the package my husband sent out. According to the receipt, it was sent to the correct zip code across the country. According to the tracking number online though, it was delivered today to someone in Clinton, South Carolina. That is no where near its intended destination.

Yes, it was insured. But the item was sort of one of a kind. It as addressed to a military base, not a private home. It was scanned at least 5 times and no one noticed it was going to the wrong place. My hope is that they will either return it to the Post Office, or send it back to us.

Praying, but are you sure it wasn’t delivered to a center where it will then be sent on to the correct base. We send Military care packages, granted ours are going overseas, as our recipient is currently deployed, but it can not be tracked to the actual destination. It can only be tracked to the intake center and then it is sent on by the military. My understanding is that there are only three locations in the U.S. to where they are shipped and then the military takes over the delivery.

Thank you St. Anthony for finding the package that was reported “delivered” to the wrong state! My son just sent word that he has received it!! It was forwarded to him. That’s all we know! Thank be to God!
