Looking for a song from Mass

Ok, I went to the Easter Vigil Mass this past Easter, and they played this great song, where they would sing a whole bunch of saint names etc. and the only lyrics I can remember are as follows:

“Name, Name, Name, Name…alll…you…holy…men…and…women…pray for us…name…name…name…name…”

obviously they song an actual name of a saint but if anyone knows the name of that song or were I can get a recording…thanks!
 
It is called the Litany of the Saints. Try searching under that name.
 
It is even better in Latin.

my Graduale Romanum has the Latin…

Sancte Maria…ora pro nobis.

Exact same version they sang for the Papal Funeral.

Any Catholic can chant this.
