We were going to name our son Delaney. I wish we had because that name fits his personality better than the one we picked!

All the names you picked are beautiful. I guess, wait until the baby is born and see which name fits!

Collette is a name that is similiar to Colleen. You could always spell the name different than it commonly is spelled.
 
I would always recommend going for a Saint’s name or one derived for example Regina or Dolores which are both from Our Lady. This means your child has an immediate intercessor and patron in Heaven as well as someone to look up to and emulate. Indeed it always used to be the law of the Church that such a name had to be used. Maybe go through a list of saints names, see the names you like and then read up about the saints and see what fits. There is also the option to name after virtues such as Faith, Hope and Charity though I am not a personal fan of that.

It’s not like the ones you mentioned, but I’m extremely partial to the name Jonah.

As for girls, I thought I’d point out first that Delaney is traditionally a boys name, but don’t let that stop you if your heart is set of it. Maybe:
