We are moving to the Diocese of Pensacola. I have been able to find one church there, St. Stephen’s that offers the TLM and OF. Does anyone know if any of the other churches in this diocese has a more conservative outlook. For instance we are used to going to a parish that has the OF with latin and only male altar servers (I think 75 on the books). We will be living near or in Pensacola itself. Thanks, WK

I found this one listing for Pensacola, Fl.

State: Florida Mass times: Sun: 10:30 AM.
City: Pensacola Thu: 6:00 PM.
County: Escambia ATTENTION Also has Norvus Ordo 1970 Latin Mass
Church: St. Stephen’s Church Source(s): C, E, N
Address: 900 West Garden Street, ZIP:32501 Affiliated: Diocesan
GPS Coord: Lat. = 30.4115 Long. = -87.2271 Contact(s): Fr. Hector Perez STD
Diocese of: Pensacola-Tallahassee Pho.: (850) 432-9362

Hope this helps. Better call and make sure they still hold the Mass.

I’m from the area, and I think St Stephen’s is the most orthodox/traditional. That’s where my mom was raised (St Stephen’s) and where my parents were married too. 🙂

I think my sister mentioned that St Paul’s may be having the Latin Mass too, I can email her and confirm it if you’d like me to?

Thanks to both of you. I just wondered other than St. Stephen’s if there were any other conservative churches, the not holding hands during the Our Father kind of stuff. Hopefully the new missal will sort it all out.

Keeping the Faith, WK
