I have recently been reading a book called “a Meaningful World” by Benjamin Wiker. He argues brilliantly that nature shows a high degree of genius design, that blind chance cannot produce.

I am seeking a book that uses the same sort of analysis of the Bible to show that it displays the wisdom and genius nature that “proves” the supernatural nature of the Bible, that mere human wisdom could not have created.

Is there a book that highlights the beauty and depth and awesome nature of the Bible?

Hope that makes sense.

Thanks, I actually have Life of Christ on the bookshelf. I know he talks about Jesus being preannounced. What other aspects of this book do you think show the supernatural basis for the Bible as a whole?

I was actually seeking more of a wholistic view of the Bible. My son, who has turned atheist, asked me at what point the Bible becomes factual rather than full of allegory.

Are you wanting a book as something for your son to read?

Why not just give him one of Peter Kreeft’s books on apologetics? It is filled with intellectual and philosophical arguments as to why faith in God is not only rational, but compelling.
