I am looking to buy a St. Joseph chaplet, most of the ones I can find online have beads that either made of glass (cheap) or gems (expensive). I prefer wooden beads, but the only one I can find is this:

catholiccompany.com/st-joseph-chaplet-blue-wood-i38549/

I like the unpretentious wooden beads, my complaint is that they are all touching each other, so you can’t tell which bead you are on by feel (important if I am praying while driving to/from work). I get that the St. Joseph chaplet has a rather large number of beads and they are trying to keep the size down, but I prefer some space in between the beads.

Can anyone recommend anything?

Thanks.

That same style can be done with small spacer beads or knots between the wooden beads. Sorry that I don’t know where you could buy one like that, but if you know someone who makes rosaries, you could have one made not too expensively.

PM me your details and I’ll make you one.
Do you have a St. Joseph medal already?

Clare
