Most people who work in parishes are BUSY. What you want to do is figure out:

1. What the Interview will be about, and
2. How much of their time you will need, then
   You should let whoever you want to talk to know you understand he’s busy & that his time is valuable, and ASK FOR AN - Volunteer to drive him to some of his appointments. if that’s what it takes. Don’t be afraid to be persistent, because you’re letting him choose the time when he would be available

I would tend to ask you Pastor first, and, after you’ve spoken with him, ask him who he would interview…
