Oatmeal , cinnamon and splenda for breakfast.

whole wheat pasta, canned tomatoes and lots of garlic for dinner.

my favorite snack, i mix one can of drained and washed black beans with one can of washed corn. mix and serve in a whole wheat pita.

whole wheat pasta, beans, brown rice, vegetables and fruits… all cheap, nutritious and economical.

the more processed the food, the more expensive.
