Lord, help my unbelief

Please pray for my unbelief. There are times when I just feel like I cannot trust anything, especially one particular person whose kindess I keep thinking is too good to be true. I always seem to find a way back into my skepticism, even though God has told me a thousand times to trust. Thank you.

I will ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in your knowledge of trust. It is often difficult to know who to trust sometimes. I believe that the Holy Spirit will help you with this and you will feel peace. Come, Holy Spirit. Help our brother/sister to be able to trust those whom You see fit.
