Friend!
God is the source of all good!
Any strength you have and will to go on comes from God!
in the bible:
Satan asked God could he test Job, and afterward God rewarded Job 100 fold.
What the others did to you was not right. I cannot judge them. But do not become like them and turn your back on God.
Remember the bible says; ‘Do not cast your pearls on swine -lest they trample them underfoot and then turn and devour you.’ In other words -you are not always bound to tell people you are Catholic or your catholic views.
But do not act or speak in an uncatholic way (keep the commandments).
It is grave matter to not go to mass on sunday, deliberately, freely and in full knowledge its a mortal sin which means you cannot receive communion and must say it in confession, and cannot get into heaven if you die unrepentant or not confessing.
The right thing is sometimes difficult and unpopular.
Do you know what Jesus says to you?:
‘Blessed are you if you are you if you are persecuted and hated and people speak all kinds of calumny against you for My Name’s sake, -rejoice! Because GREAT will be YOUR reward in HEAVEN!’
Pray a prayer of protection daily, such as to St Michael. Sometimes the bad spirit can attack us through others if we are attempting to live a virtuous life. Use holy water daily to bless yourself. Wear a blessed miraculous medal. Carry a blessed rosary beads in you pocket.
Don’t turn God aside, happiness can only be found in God, and God will help you in all this.
School and college are like that sometimes. But you know what? You will soon be free of all that and free from bullying. Don’t let bullying take you away from the Creator. You will soon be free of bullying after school/ college.
Those very people will have to face God and what they did when they die.
Life gets better my friend! You are only 21, Soon you will be free of all the peer pressure that goes with being 21, (I know, I am late 20s myself)
I’m a 21 year old female, and up until recently, I have tried my very best to be a devout Catholic. But after a continuous series of painful events, I find myself losing faith. It’s not that I don’t believe in God…I just believe there is a God who doesn’t care about me at all.
I have nagging physical pain - a bulging disc in my neck, a bulging disc in my lower spine that presses into my bladder, causing incontinence at times and frequent trips to the restroom; fibromyalgia that causes extreme fatigue, and pain that is so bad sometimes that even the hairs on my arms hurt.
Socially, I am an outcast and almost always have been for being a Catholic and trying to do the right thing. I have been mocked out at school by both students and professors for my strong conservative stance. Mind you, I am not particularly outspoken about my political beliefs unless asked. And once that was discovered about me in a debate class at college, I was (physically) kicked, shoved, and no one ever eased up on me. Most of my family is estranged from me, because they dislike Catholics. I have no one. I am completely alone and I’m beginning to hate God for it. I never thought I’d say that, but there is only so much I can take. I don’t want to go back to church and I don’t want to pray anymore because I am completely numb. So I ask you to please pray for me. I don’t know how much more I can take and my faith is dwindling.
