REMEMBER, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not Vicky44’s petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer her. Amen.

Prayer for Care-Givers

Accompany Vicky44 and other care-givers on
their journeys and ease their anxieties and fears.
Surround them with the love and strength of others,
so they may experience the healing presence
of the Communion of Saints. We ask this through
the intercession of Our Lady of Lourdes; in the name
of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, now and forever.
Amen.

Praying for you and your husband.

Hail Mary,
Full of grace,
The Lord is with Thee.
Blessed art Thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb,
Jesus
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of death,

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Oh glorious apostle St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered thy beloved Master into the hands of His enemies has caused thee to be forgotten by many, but the Church honors and invokes thee universally as the patron of hopeless cases–of things despaired of. Pray for me who am so miserable; make use, I implore thee, of that particular privilege accorded thee of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, particularly help me get out of the house.), and that I may bless God with thee and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise thee, O blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor thee as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to thee. Amen

The Hopeless and even of the Impossible; St. Rita, so humble, so pure, so mortified, so patient and of such compassionate love for thy Crucified Jesus that thou couldst obtain from Him whatsoever thou askest, on account of which all confidently have recourse to thee, expecting, if not alwavs relief, at least comfort; be propitious to our petition, showing thy power with God on behalf of thy suppliant; be lavish to us, as thou hast been in so many wonderful cases, for the greater glory of God, for the spreading of thine own devotion, and for the consolation of those who trust in thee. We promise, if our petition is granted, to glorify, thee by making known thy favor, to bless and sing thy praises forever. Relying then upon thy merits and power before the Sacred Heart of Jesus, we pray:

(,For Vicky44.).

Obtain for us our request
By the singular merits of thy childhood,
Bv thy perfect union with the Divine Will,
By thy heroic sufferings during thy married life,
By the consolation thou didst experience at the conversion of thy husband,
By the sacrifice of thy children rather than see them grievously offend God,
By thy miraculous entrance into the convent,
By thy severe penances and thrice daily bloody scourgings,
By the suffering caused by the wound thou didst receive from the thorn of thy Crucified Savior,
By the divine love which consumed thy heart,
By that remarkable devotion to the Blessed Sacrament, on which alone thou didst exist for 4 years,
By the happiness with which thou didst part from thy trials to join thy Divine Spouse,
By the perfect example thou gavest to people of every state of life.
Pray for us, 0 holy St. Rita,
that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Amen

Prayer to Our Lady of Mental Peace

O Lady of Mental Peace,
Mother of Tranquility
and Mother of Hope,
look upon Vicky44 in this time
of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart
to know that God’s Love
for her is unchanging and
unchangeable, and, that
true human love can only
begin and grow by touching
His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -
which this world cannot give
  • be always with her.
And, help her to bring this
    same Peace into the lives
    of others.
Our Lady of Mental Peace,
  • Pray for us!
    Amen.
Jesus, Help Me!

In every need let me come to You with humble trust,
saying:
Jesus, help me!
In all my doubts, perplexities, and temptations:
Jesus, help me!
In hours of loneliness, weariness and trials:
Jesus, help me!
In the failure of my plans and hopes, in disappointments,
troubles and sorrows:
Jesus, help me!
When others fail me, and Your Grace alone can assist me:
Jesus, help me!
When I throw myself on Your tender Love as Savior:
Jesus, help me!
When my heart is cast down by failure, at seeing no good
come from my efforts:
Jesus, help me!
When I feel impatient, and my cross irritates me:
Jesus, help me!
When I am ill, and my head and hands cannot work and
I am lonely:
Jesus, help me!

Always, always, in spite of weakness, falls and short-
comings of every kind:
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, help me and never forsake me!

Amen

Sincerest Prayers:
Our Father who art in heaven…

Glory Be to the Father…
Amen…

PRAYER TO ST. MARCELLIN CHAMPAGANT

St. Marcellin Champagant, you felt a personal call by God to found a religious community of Brothers that would bring the message of Jesus’ love to neglected young people. Your memories of the school teacher who beat the students, and your own recollections of academic struggles were the basis of your educational philosophy: “to educate children you must love them and love them all equally.” You started the Marist brothers after discerning God’s will for your life. Your love of Jesus and Mary should inspire us to give all of ourselves to them as you did.

St. Marcellin, I lift up to you today the intentions of all those who have asked for prayers on this forum. On this your feast day into eternal life, may you take these intentions into your heart and present them to Jesus and Mary with your noted fervor and charity. May we also strive to follow God’s will in our own lives and thus know the inner peace and contentment that comes to those who seek the Kingdom above all things. We ask this in Jesus’s Name. Amen.

St. Marcellin Champagant, pray for us!

PRAYER TO BL. ANNE OF ST. BARTHOLOMEW

Blessed Anne, you were blessed with extraordinary visions at a young age, which eventually led you into a vocation to the religious life. You accompanied St. Teresa of Avila as she established new Carmelite contents and were a comfort and help to her. As prioress of these converts, you followed God’s will and were a leader and example to the nuns under your care. Today on this your feast day, I humbly ask for your prayers and intercession for all those who post in this forum. May we follow God’s will for us as you did, and have the courage and strength of purpose to carry our crosses so that we be blessed with the vision of our Lord in heaven for all eternity. We ask these prayers through your intercession and in the Name of Jesus, who is Christ our Lord. Amen.
