Good friend who recently lost his business has now just learned his wife is filing for divorce. I am fearful for his situation and would ask for any and all here to please pray for my friend Dave.

O greatly Merciful God, Infinite Goodness,
today all mankind calls out from the abyss
of its misery to Your mercy—to Your compassion,
O God; and it is with its mighty voice of misery
that it cries out. Gracious God, do not reject
the prayer of this earth’s exiles!
O Lord, Goodness beyond our understanding,
Who is acquainted with our misery through
and through, and knows that by our own
power, we cannot ascend to You. We implore
You; anticipate us with Your Grace and keep

Dave is suffering right now with so many problems all at once, and just before the holidays. Please show Dave the right path to take in his life so that he can handle things and make wise decisions. Help him to preserve his livelihood and especially, his marriage, if it be God’s Will. Keep him from despair and protect him as much as possible against anxiety. In Jesus’ Name I humbly pray. Amen.
