*Breath Mantra: Love comes from God or God is Love *
**Meditation **
Within each one of us
is a seed of love
which is God’s own life.
John tells us
that to experience this love within us
is to experience God.
He says that in this life,
the only way we can know God
is through knowing this love.
If we allow this seed of love within us
to be the guiding power of our lives,
then we can know for sure
that we live in God
and that God lives in us
God is Love 1 John 4
