Jihad is a requirement that all Muslims must do. It is their 6th Pillar in Islam. Many will dispute this, but it is clear in Sharia laws and also this document.

…Who has ordained Al-Jihad (the holy fighting in Allah’s Cause):

1. With the heart (intentions or feelings),
2. With the hand (weapons, etc.),
3. With the tongue (speeches, etc., in the Cause of Allah)

So we also know that Jihad in the Koran and their other texts is mostly violence against the unbeliever (97%).

We also know that there is no word for civilian (vs military) in Islam so everyone is fair game to Jihadists. That is probably due to the idea that everyone must wage Jihad and the first article shows us how they can chose to wage it if they don’t want to wage violent Jihad (even though zakat is also required and supports the violent Jihadists). This is why we have such things as 9/11 in the USA, Mumbai, 7/11 in Europe, and all the other attacks against civilians that we have just recently noticed in recent history since 9/11 (see www.thereligionofpeace.com).

I have read a book called, Eurabia, that goes into the rise in rapes in Europe. Here is an article about it. Basically the ‘they have been asking for it’ is the reason for the rise.
