Please pray for a close loved one of mine who has a non-cancerous abdominal tumor that is effectively starving him to death. The surgery is necessary, but he will lose a kidney, parts of the large and small intestines that will need to be reattached, and he only has a 50% chance of making it out of surgery. He is relatively young, and our family is heartbroken.

It is scheduled for next month. Please pray for a miracle that he makes it through surgery and recovers.

Praying this young man has a successful surgery. Sorry to hear of this news.

Mary.

My dear patron Fathers, please pray for this intention.

St Joseph, please intercede.

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Almighty and Eternal God, the everlasting salvation of those who believe hear us, for Thy sick, for whom we implore the aid of Thy tender mercy that being restored to bodily health, they may give thanks to Thee in Thy church, through Christ our Lord. Amen.

May Jesus, the Son of Mary, the Lord and Redeemer of the world, through the merits and intercession of His holy Apostle Jude, and all His saints, show us favor and mercy. Amen.

May the Lord bless and heal him.

Loving Father, I entrust myself to your loving care this day, guide with wisdom and skill the minds and hands of the medical people who minister in your Name, And grant that every cause of illness be removed, I may be restored to soundness of health and learn to live in more perfect harmony with You and with those around me. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

O Mary, who was conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (skigirl1689’s friend/ loved one). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into skigirl1689’s friend/ loved one’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Lord, have mercy.
Christ, have mercy.
Lord, have mercy.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you.
Blessed are you among women and blessed is the
fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners
NOW and at the hour of our death. Amen!

For strength, faith, peace, hope, love and healing…!

Praying for your loved one …

I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; He descended into hell; on the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering may they find consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy as you close wounds, cure illness, make broken bodies whole and free downcast spirits. May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the Lord Jesus who healed those who believed. Amen.

Lord please help this young man to have a successful surgery. I pray for his health and well being. Please help the family as well. Mary pray for him.

Praying for him…

*O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel, Fruitful Vine, Splendor of Heaven, who brought forth the Son of God still remaining a Virgin, assist us in this necessity.
O Star of the Sea, help us, and show us that you are our Mother.

O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and earth, we humbly ask you from the depths of our heart to help us in this necessity. There are none who can withstand your power.
O show us that you are our Mother.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. Sweet Mother, we place this cause in your hands. Amen.

Thank you. Surgery is scheduled for late May. I did say “young,” but he’s late 50s, which to me is still relatively young. He’s in good spirits and I think his brothers are going to try to all get together in a few weeks. It’s just hard as I lost 3 uncles and an aunt to cancer in my college years, the last year being only 5 years ago. Both my parents have many siblings, between them 17 total, plus spouses, so I do have lots of aunts and uncles, just to put the numbers in context.

Lord, grant him a successful surgery and recovery, and give our family peace as we approach the day of surgery. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
