Regarding the Song of Solomon and the sexuality:

Song of Solomon 2:3 - Like an apple tree among the trees of the forest is my lover among the young men. I delight to sit in his shade, and his fruit is sweet to my taste.

Song of Solomon 2:16 - My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feeds among the lilies.

Song of Solomon 4:15-16 - A fountain of gardens, a well of living waters, and streams from Lebanon. Awake, north wind, and come, south wind! Blow on my garden, that its fragrance may spread abroad. Let my lover come into his garden and taste its choice fruits.

Song of Solomon 5:1 - I have come into my garden, my sister, my bride; I have gathered my myrrh with my spice. I have eaten my honeycomb and my honey; I have drunk my wine and my milk.

Song of Solomon 5:4-6 - My beloved put in his hand by the hole of the door, and my bowels were moved for him.
I rose up to open to my beloved; and my hands dropped with myrrh, and my fingers with sweet smelling myrrh, upon the handles of the lock.
I opened to my beloved; but my beloved had withdrawn himself, and was gone: my soul failed when he spake: I sought him, but I could not find him; I called him, but he gave me no answer

Song of Solomon 8:2-3 - I would lead thee, and bring thee into my mother’s house, who would instruct me: I would cause thee to drink of spiced wine of the juice of my pomegranate.
His left hand should be under my head, and his right hand should embrace me.

Scripture is not wishy washy on the idea of human sexuality and sex. Many people are surprised when they read passages such as this in the scripture:
Ezekiel 23:20 - There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses.

Do the above verses hint at oral sex/masturbation?

Does it say anywhere in the Bible that its wrong to have oral sex?

I’ve heard it said that oral/masturbation within marriage is ok, because it says nothing about it in the bible. Is this true?

Just cause the words themselves are not in the bible, doesn’t mean it’s not a sin!

Making love to your hand is just not right!

It might in an interpretation, hint at foreplay.

No passage I am aware of specifically mentions oral sex, but it doesn’t mention Heckler & Koch MP5 9mm machine guns either–it doesn’t make it right to randomly shoot people with one.

Various things may be done in foreplay, but only as preludes to the complete sexual act, not as substitutes for it.

I should point out that while many people, including Christians, believe in a If-it’s-not-explicit-in-the-Bible-it’s-fair-game approach to the Bible, that is not the Catholic view.

Is this a biblical/protestant view?

God teaches us that all life is good.

Any act that prevents the chance of life, hence, puts us as gods. We see this in Genesis (I think), when God punishes a man for pulling out too quickly and spreading his seed all over the floor, after being instructed to have sex with her.

Oral sex, as a prelude to intercourse, does not prevent the chance of life.

Oral sex, instead of intercourse, does.

Is this a biblical/protestant view?
No. There is no Bible passage that says the only rules are found explicitly in the Bible. Protestant is a very broad term, some would say no, but others hold a strict Bible alone view.
