The ULIP of Calvin’s TULIP come to mind, as well as our differing views on the Scarament of the Altar.
Few if any denoms are splinters off of Lutheranism, unless one counts those who claim to be Lutheran, but have veered away from the Lutheran Confessions.

There are differences in soteriology and sacramentology between Lutheran and Reformed.

Lutherans teach these things which are not accepted by Reformed:

Total depravity without free will until spiritual regeneration.

The teachings of the Bible on the following topics have some apparent contradictions:
  1. A true believer may temporarily lose faith and salvation.
  2. God desires the salvation of all sinners enough to die for them all.
  3. The wine and bread really are his blood and body.
Calvinism:
Total Depravity without free will permanently due to the nature of divine sovereignty.
Baptism and Lord’s Supper are aids to faith. Forgiveness and union with Christ are received through faith alone.

I think JonNC hits many of the highlights.

For denominations that have broke away from/formed from the Lutheran Church(es), all I can think of off the top of my head are the Evangelical Free Churches:

One of the main differences is in the Eucharist. Luther taught that Jesus was bodily and spiritually present in and under the forms of bread and wine. Calvin taught that Jesus was only spiritual present. Consequently, Lutherans did and do accuse Calvies of Nestorianism, and Calvies accuse Lutherans of monophysitism. The major issue is how or if Jesus’ divine attributes are communicated to his human nature.

The Lutheran denominations are the LCMS, ELCA, WELS. Calvinism as a theology is very influential in many Baptist churches, and the Presbyterian churches like the PCUSA, the PCA, and the OPC.
