Lying about your age in contracts - a Sin?

If a contract online requires you to be 18, and you’re under 18 but accept anyway, is that a sin?

It’s a Bad Idea, whether or not it’s a sin, because the reason they don’t let kids under 18 sign contracts is because you can’t hire a lawyer to make sure that you aren’t accidentally signing away your first-born child, or your inheritance.

Yikes. No, get one of your parents to set that up for you, if you need it, and then follow their instructions exactly to the letter, regarding what you are allowed to do with it, or not.
 
Please don’t lie about your age-that is a sin-I have a teenager, too and he always come to me if being under 18 (he’s 17) for permission to sign up or whatever. I am not saying that he hasn’t lied before but usually he don’t. Do the right thing and go to your parents-you are not lying and won’t get in trouble 🙂 :hug3:

If your parents say you can get a PayPal account, go ahead, but it might be easier if you created the account in their name, or if they set it up for you. I had my PayPal account when I was 17.
