Are the lyrics “there is no time for faith there is just us” sinful.

One line of lyrics or poetry isn’t going to be enough information to decide whether what the author is saying is sinful or not. Songs are just poetry set to music. They can be very vague and have totally different meanings than what is actually being said. You have to look at the whole work to figure out what is actually being said.

Well, they’re certainly incorrect, but they’re just lyrics. Are you asking if it’d be sinful to sing them? To listen to them? Hard to say.

If the singing is done in a way that at all implies that you think those words are true, is likely to convince others that you believe so, or (and worst) convince others that the words were true, then yeah I think it could be.

But (and this is just an example) if they were sung as the thoughts of a character in a play, and the play as a whole was not objectionable (characters in plays can be wrong), then that may be fine.

If you’re just listening to them or they’re just sung to yourself because you like the tune, then I don’t know. It seems like a bad idea - surrounding ourselves with falsehood, even if at the start we know it to be false, can cause it to sort of leech in to our way of looking at things. I would probably avoid such songs. But I’m not sure if it could be called sinful, without further information.

Edit: I assumed throughout the post that that line was representative of the song, which, as mentioned above, is not necessarily the case.
