I don’t know if this is the right place to add this but there was a guy in Bournemouth, England called Andrew Young aged 40 who was a regular church goer and had autism and his social ability was at the age of 14 yrs old. He ask a guy to stop riding his cycle on the pavement as it is dangerous and a guy who was with the cyclist hit Mr Young, with such a force that he knocked him out and he hit his head on the pavement. The poor guy died later in hospital.

Now I know that some people will say he is now in a better place and God had a plan for him but (please forgive me for asking this God) why can’t the good people live there lives out to the full before they go to paradise and some bad people just go through a full life with know regard for anyone and carry on hurting people.

The guy who hit him only got four years and will be out in two.

When I read about it in the papers this week it shocked me and hurt me to read.

Please pray for Andrew Young.

Heavenly Father, welcome your servant, Andrew, into the place of peace and eternal life with the warm embrace of Your unending love, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

my thought is; it's God's garden He can pick the flowers any time He wants to.

There is really only one answer to this question from our perspective–I don’t know. No sense in trying to figure it out, we have to trust God knows what He is doing. That takes faith and an admission that God runs the show, not us.

I know. We think “justice” means the good are rewarded, and the evil are punished. It doesn’t work this way in the world, though. 😦

I can only assume the possibility that Andrew was ready to go to his eternal reward with God,. As for the man that caused his death still lives so that he too can gain his eternal reward, God loves him too, and is giving him a chance to be redeemed. This is our real journey in life, to make it to our eternal reward, Heaven with God, thats what life is all about.
So what looks like a tragedy is a blessing in reality. A long life is not necessarily a blessing.
