This article illustrates the value of outlets such as Catholic Answers, talk radio, etc. I rarely read any newspapers except the local county paper. I do not watch any of the former big three networks.

Yet, I am capable of getting news and information. I am not blind to what happens statewide or nationally. The more that people choose to make the certain news sources irrelevant the better life will be.

In other words if media sources choose to ignore relevant events then it is best to ignore them.

I am not sure what you want to discuss. There is really nothing to say except that this is a true observation.

I dare say things are going to get far, far worse in the future. Secular, Liberal Atheistic Humanism is gaining power and ground in this country and has been for the past 40 years. I do not see things turning around anytime soon. I only see them getting worse, and I see it getting more and more hostile not only to Catholics, but evangelical Christianity as a whole. Of course this is exactely what Christ SAID would happen- but that doesn’t make it any easier.
