I have a question. I have had two confirmations. And am wondering which would be valid. The first or the most recent one? I had two because I left the church previously.

I’m fairly sure confirmation is a one time thing…
At any rate, I think only the first one counts, as mentioned in the below post assuming it was properly done through the Church.

But confirmation is not something that is to happen again if one leaves and rejoins the faith; it’s like baptism in that regard. So this seems pretty weird.

Confirmation imparts an indelible character of soul. Provided your first confirmation was done in the Catholic Church, it was valid. Why were you confirmed again?

CCC 1304: ‘Like Baptism, which it completes, Confirmation is given only once, for it too imprints on the soul an indelible spiritual mark, the “character,” which is the sign that Jesus Christ has marked a Christian with the seal of his spirit by clothing him with power from on high so that he may be his witness.’

So was your first Confirmation in a church other than the Catholic Church? Or were you first confirmed in the Catholic Church and then joined another church and were confirmed there?
