I believe in visiting the Blessed Sacrament at least weekly.
Here is an idea from The Terry and Jessie Show on Catholic Radio
Invite your family or close friends to join you in an hour of adoration at your local Adoration Chapel. If you don’t know where, call your parish and they can fill you in.
Make the date with your friends, spend 1 hour with the Lord, then all of you go out for coffee, or lunch whatever is next and talk about what you just did.
Don’t know what to do in Adoration, here is a tip.
Greet the Lord, then take a seat and simply repeat
I am Looking at You, You are Looking at Me
The Holy Spirit will take it from there.
