Sounds like a really nice man and one I would love to meet, ( how starved we are of good conversation these days), I know many say meditation is for the present not the past or future like Paul does, but I listened to Bishop sheen once say that Catholics meditate only on the future as the future is where they will be in heaven and that should always be our focus as meditation on the present is mostly worldly and found in eastern meditations, just saying in case anyone is interested in the two view points.
