My sister is getting married on Saturday, and the priest has requested information on how to present the traditional Spanish Mantilla. Does anyone have an answer I can give him???

Process, purpose and what point during mass isit presented.

Not sure what you mean by “present the mantilla” ? My wife wore hers down the isle.
