Please forgive me for bugging you.

The Federal Government is not enforcing the law concerning marijuana in at least two states.

Should we not try outlawing abortion at the city and county level? Would the Federal Government enforce a Supreme Court decision from forty years ago?

One last dream: the churches, masques, temples and synagogues should sue the Federal Government for not enforcing their law.
I will not extrapolate the idea, you can do that.

This is just a loving idea, just for the spiritual health of it.

Blessings,

We could most definatly try but the hole in the agruement is not that the Federal Governement is not enforcing laws, they are not enforcing laws that go against there agenda. Look at what just happened here is Arizona, all we tried to do is reinforce a law on the books already and all of a sudden everyone and their brother believes it is their business. Unfortunatly our Governor would no throw it back in the face of the opposition because she was afraid of losing money.

I remember something about money being the root of all evil. here is modern proof.

There is a key difference. There is a federal law about marijuana that is not being enforced. There is not federal law about abortion. The USSC ruling in Roe v. Wade was an injunction against state laws. Several states have been successful in limiting abortion access at the state level and at least one has enacted a state law that will kick in whenever R v W is struck down.

Why? Because Congress doesn’t want to enforce it, but doesn’t want to create a political ruckus by legalizing it. It’s effectively legal, but Congress won’t put the stamp on it.

Been tried on multiple issues. The US government calls out the military. Unless you’re prepared to fight them, you can’t win.

If you want to win on Abortion, I suggest a Constitutional Amendment. Or as a more radical solution, a non-Democratic political order (i.e. a Junta).

There is no expectation to fairness from those who are put into our government. The word “put” as opposed to “elected”.

I agree with St. Paul.

We are citizens of Heaven.

The laws of America do not change that.
