Wow, do you honestly know how uncaring you sound? I don’t listen to Manson, never have never will, but i won’t stoop to being rude to someone who does.
I don’t conform my appearance to what society or even catholics think is the norm. I dress what many would call punkish and do get dirty looks from many people. But do I care? No. I feel comfortable with the way i look and I feel that God is happy with how I look. And you really should be careful with what you say about people who cut themselves. It is an actual medical disorder. I had it and it’s not something to make fun of. Until you’ve sat by yourself in a bath room crying, with blood gushing out of your arm, then please mind what you say about that topic. And don’t say someone like that doesn’t know how to handle hurt. Hello, it’s called depression, ever heard of it?

i don’t mind people listening to manson, i could care less, i mind people that have to attract attention to themselves because they think they are oh so different than everyone else. what i was getting at is how the people i knew shouldn’t have isolated themselves in their own little world and got to know different types of people. the people i knew used cutting their arms and whatever else to attract attention to themselves. i still know many of them and they’ve stopped, not because they got help, but because they grew up. one even works at a mcdonalds i go to and laughs at how he used to act.
and don’t talk to me about depression. i had it. know what helped me? not taking happy pills, but doing random acts of charity.
