Tend to think that the ‘mark of the beast’ means a sign of satanic evil.

Is this not judging the person rather than taking them at their word?

I can say, “I agree with you”, or “I do not agree with you”.

But to state, definitively, “I don’t believe you”, would seem to be giving the lie.

I’m not calling them a liar. However, I don’t believe what they’re saying is True or the Correct answer. No, I don’t believe what they’re saying is correct.

I was also asking the question, as a general point of interest…

What is mark of the beast?
Is it some payment method on the phone or something like that?
Recently I registered for payment method using phone is that what revelation meant by Mark of the Beaast?
Or the bible mean the mark of the beast not literally?
Well according to some private revelations I read, it is chips implanted under the skin just like the kind they do for dogs. When the world goes into chaos governments will try to force this on people.

The mark of the Beast has got to be Mastercard. It’s got to be. The two-circle logo must have some beastly significance somewhere.

Of course, suggested retail price 666.00, but with 5% tax that comes up to a grand total of 699.30.

Can I scan your right hand please for the Mastercard implant? No? Forehead then? Not either? Well, that’s not strictly by the book but we won’t tell if you won’t. Temple? No, not either?

Hmm. We’ll need to take this up with management. One moment.

Hello, Mastercard? Yes, implant enforcement please. Yeah, we got one of THOSE guys…

BTW, I do use Mastercard.

No, on those responses I am referencing mostly Jung, and my own 30 odd years of studies in world religions and such. The animal studies I make reference to are from Sheldrake. The ideas I suggested on the future of humanity and intellect being a fatal mutation I believe were influenced by either Chomsky or Mckenna. Those were my sources in these posts. While some may disagree, those are some sources I tend to agree with in their respective areas. I am familiar with Peterson though. Interesting fellow. Thank you for the reply.

All the best!

St Joseph only accepted Visa at his carpentry workshop in Galilee.
That should tell you something.

Are you sure they were private revelations and not just Dispensationalists trying to prove Revelation is coming real? Dispensationalists have been going on about this stuff for years now. Some may even claim God spoke to them, but I doubt the Church takes them seriously.

This is my take on the mark of the beast.

It’s not a visa or anything to do with technology. The forehead is a symbol of conscience. The sanctuary of God where He speaks to individual humans. The hand is the individuals deeds.

The image of the beast is a false religion, a false version of good and evil. Breathing life into the image is accepting the authority of the false morality to form conscience. The beast sitting on the throne of God happens when people let it’s image form their conscience. That is the mark on the forehead. The deeds done in the name of the beast is symbolized by the hand.

Prophecy is the testimony of Jesus and like Jesus it was, is and is yet to come. It happened, it is happening and is yet to be complete. The morality shift we see today is a foretaste of what is to come. The world will continue seeking to deaden the conscience formed by the teaching of the Church.

The first thing on that page is:
The First Seal of the Apocalypse has been opened. And in this first epic battle between God and evil, the 2016 Presidential Election, God won and Satan lost.
Sorry, I can’t take this guy seriously after that.

The Antichrist isn’t even alive yet. Cease panicking.
The Antichrist might be a person or a symbol. If a person, he might be alive now. Might even be adult now. We can know the times and the seasons but we cannot know the day nor the hour.

To the OP: the mark of the beast is not something that you can be tricked or forced into accepting.

We don’t know what form the mark of the beast will take. Personally, I think it’ll be some symbol associated with a cultural / political movement, not unlike the swastika became for the NAZI’s, or like how the homosexualists have co-opted the rainbow to represent their movement.

If you embrace it, you will be part of the wordly whole, if you reject it you will be cast out of the group and condemned for not being “woke”.

As I said, that’s just my opinion. We won’t know until the end of the world anyways, so why worry about it? I highly doubt it’ll be some way of making payments.

If you add all the numbers on a roulette wheel together, they come to 666. Roulette has proved to be the beast and the ruin of many people.
