I’m a simple Latin Catholic who recently has become very interested in Eastern Catholicism. I’m wondering if anyone knows of any books that might explain in depth the Maronite Qurbono. I’ve been looking on the internet, and I found spiral-bound books printed by the Eparchy in Brooklyn, but I was wondering if there is anything hardcover that would be similar in content to my Daily Roman Missal, and in English. I find the Maronite traditions in particular to be beautiful and would like to learn more about them. God bless!

No, there are no books like the Roman Missal. The 5 spiral bound books you mentioned plus the 3 volumes of the Prayer of the Faithful are the best options for you. Both these are in English. The Prayer of the Faithful is like the divine office of the Latin Church.

If you want to learn more about the Maronite traditions I would suggest in addition to the above finding books by Seely Beggiani or Fr Anthony Salim. Check the Eparchy of St. Maron’s website and check amazon.com. Here is a link to a used book by Fr. Salim which goes over the liturgical year.

It is pretty good, but a little bit latinized.

I would also suggest reading the hymns of St. Ephrem and if you can find any of Jacob(James) of Sarug.

For the Byzantine rite, there is a fairly rare book called Byzantine Daily Worship that is probably the most similar thing to what you had in mind. It’s a great resource from what I hear, but unfortunately, it’s out of print. If you search the net, however, you should be able to find a copy of it.
