He’s cheating on you. That he comes home afterwards is of no consequence. You should get tested for std’s. I wouldn’t recommend having relations with a man you know to be sleeping around.

There is no planet on which his behavior is okay. I hope you know that. There is no explanation that excuses such behavior. It is wrong for a married man to behave that way. Period.

I think you need to follow the advice of the priests with whom you have already spoken.

is it ok for a husband to be dating around (presenting himself as single to the ladies who dont know hes married) even though hes claiming hes not “sleeping” with them has stayed the night at several of their houses and spends signigicant time texting, calling them and spends alot of time with them claiming they are “friends”
No. The husband is using that as an excuse to manipulate the wife into thinking nothing is wrong so he can fool around.

I’ve seen this technique in a different form before. He’s doing it to elicit unofficial permission from the wife to do this.

I would bet real money that sexual things are happening at these little slumber parties and with all the texting.

Come to think of it, there’s probably a direct mathematical correlation between volume of texting a friend of the opposite sex and sexual build-up.

At any rate the wife needs to confront the husband and bust this thing up. :yup:

It is not ok. My wife pulled this same **** on me and blamed it all on me. i am separated and not even dating. the question is will he come to his senses? and will it be too late?
That’s how manipulators work. Screw around and then blame you.

Sorry that his happened to you.

:gopray:

If it was only platonic, then he shouldn’t mind if you tag along.

… and I am guessing he would object.

Go ahead, suggest it-- he’ll have a thousand reasons about why that wouldn’t work.

This is an unhealthy and unholy situation. You need prayers for the courage to take the advice of the priests and to listen to what I am sure you know deep in your heart, even if you aren’t acknowledging it explicitly.
