Is there such a word within Church Law as Legitimate or Illegitimate children, based on a child born in or out of wedlock, or is that only a civil law term?

Yes. These terms are used in canon law.

I am assuming this would be a different situation for those annulled?

No. Children born of a putative marriage are legitimate.
