Marriage annulment question

If you married outside of the church before becoming catholic, and the marriage was considered by one to be conditional, and later your spouse joined the church and your marriage was then validated by the church, if later during divorce talks you find out that your spouse never believed in the catholic faith… and by default did not believe marriage is necessarily religious, is that grounds for annulment?

No one here can answer this question, I’m sorry. Your best option is to contact your parish priest or your diocese and set up an appointment to speak with someone.
 
I can’t say if it’s a factor, but it was one of many things considered in my annulment. They didn’t tell me specifically what reasons they used.
As others have said, it’s best to speak to the marriage tribunal in your diocese.
