Marriage....not sure what to say

I dont know what to say. My marriage isn’t working. I am not sure what to do. Sorry for being cryptic. I am not sure what i can or should share publically.
 
Is there a specific issue causing trouble, or is it a vague, everyday sort of thing?

How long have you been married?
 
Have you tried counseling? Catholic Counselors are preferable, but others can likewise help. Also, have you ever tried Retrovaille?

Ask your spouse to go to counseling. If your spouse won’t presently go, I still think you should go anyway for your own peace of mind and benefit in the meantime to help you sort things out and give you objective, level-headed, practical advice on how to proceed.
 
I would recommend talking with a counselor. Preferably a Catholic or non-Catholic Christian counselor who is pro-marriage (someone who will help you work things out, rather than recommend divorce in tough situations). I will pray for you.

What you should do is love your spouse.

I don’t mean words or feelings. I mean do all the things you would do for someone you love.

Overlook and forgive things that need to be overlooked and forgiven.

Treat your spouse with love, respect, and more love.
