Can an Catholic and non-Catholic married party have a “sacramental marriage” or will it always only be a natural marriage? Or are any properly baptized Christians able to have a sacramental marriage.

Two baptized persons (who are otherwise entering a valid marriage) enter into a sacramental marriage. If one or both persons is unbaptized then it is a natural marriage, which can become sacramental on the baptism of the unbaptized.

This is correct, although we should say the marriage does automatically(rather than “can”) become sacramental on the baptism of the unbaptized.

That’s probably what you meant, but just wanted to clarify.

a natural marriage is when one or both spouses are not baptized.

I agree.
