You remind me of me back in the day. I got to where I HOPED my wife would be tired just to sample the abundance of garbage on a Saturday night. I finally had enough and am now going on 3 years porn free. It CAN be done by frequent confession, and receiving holy communion with faith, devotion and the utmost love and reverence for what it is and what Jesus truly offers. You have to let him get to you. You have to listen to him speak to you when you are tempted. In the past few months I have nearly slipped back into it. I contemplate how easy it would be to give in and just let the dispicable darkness envelope me once again. But then I think about how much I love my wife. How nothing and no one could replace her in ANY way. And I think of my good friends who would never fall to this. I must be strong and faithful and so can you! I’ll be praying for you and will rejoice on the day when you are free from porn!
