I am divorced and married outside of the church to a non-catholic. Can I persue a courtship during the anulment process since my marriage is considered invalid??

I high recommend that you speak to a priest about your circumstance. There are many factors to be considered, and a public forum is not the appropriate place to discuss them. Until, and unless, you receive a declaration of nullity, the Church presumes you are validly married. Given that, it seems to me that courtship is out of the question.
I agree with David. There are a lot of questions to be asked given the very little information offered in the OP. In any event the place to go first is to your priest.
