Martin Luther's 95 Theses

It’s my understanding that the Church agreed with many of Martin Luther’s 95 Theses, which led to the Counter Reformation within the Church.

Can someone point me to a document or article that goes, point by point, through these?

I have asked this question in the past but got no answer. Anyway the Church didnt agree with Luther in regards to doctrine but did recognize abuses which it went to correct.
Here is what the Pope at the time had to say about Luther and condemned many things Luther was saying on the grounds of: “[These] errors are either heretical, false, scandalous, or offensive to pious ears, as seductive of simple minds, originating with false exponents of the faith who in their proud curiosity yearn for the world’s glory, and contrary to the Apostle’s teaching” the document goes on to list the errors.

Have you read the 95 Thesis?

It’s pretty hard to argue with most of them. They don’t even necessarily dispute the existence of purgatory, just the abuse of selling indulgences in order to finance the construction of St. Peter’s. If Luther’s reforms had been limited to the matters in the 95 Thesis, I doubt that there would have been schism. Here, one can also argue that there is fault on the part of the Catholic Church by failing to address the indulgence abuses within its ranks earlier.
