Could someone tell me in what Bible passage does our Blessed Virgin Mary crush the head of the Sepent?
Probably, someone familiar with Bible typology knew that the Moon is a Bible type for Satan, and was “translating” Revelation 12:1 by substituting the Satan serpent in for the Moon as the thing under the feet of the Woman who is mother of the Child Who will rule the world with an iron rod, Christ.Hi Kayla,
You probably are thinking of Genesis 3:15. Also take a look at Romans 16:17-20.
If you do a search of “Mary and Serpent” here on the forums you will find alot of discussion on this topic!
That help at all?

Anytime we choose to do God’s will, we crush Satan’s head. Mary did this when she said, “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.” (Luke 1:38) She did this in a special way here because her fiat actually resulted in the Incarnation of our Saviour and Redeemer, Jesus Christ.
Wow! If you’re right, that’s a cool coincidence!Likewise, she is trampling the Aztec serpent-moon god on the tilma depicting the miraculous image of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
This is a pretty good explanation of the pictograph:Wow! If you’re right, that’s a cool coincidence!
And then, of course, there are the amazing microscopic people on the pupils of Mary on the tilma…I was fortunate enough to see the tilma. What a grace that was! It is very beautiful – breathtaking, captivating.
In the image Mary is wearing a black sash high up, which evidently represented to the Aztecs a “maternity sash”. The indication here is that Mary is very close to giving birth.
The tilma was an amazing sign to them – an evangelization tool. Because the next obvious question was “Who is she giving birth to? Who is her child?”
If you take all of these things in conjunction: Gen 3:15, Rev 12, Rom 16, the miraculous medal, Our Lady of Guadalupe, and the “sense of the faithful” you get the wonderful image of Our Lady crushing the serpents head.
