Are you telling me that God forced Mary to conceive Jesus - that she didn’t have any choice in the matter? I most vehemently disagree. In fact, I find this notion utterly repugnant…Gabriel didn’t ask her if she would do this, he told her that she would, I think that she would have had as much chance to say “no” as Jonah did when God “asked him” to preach to Ninivah.
God did not take a " no " as an answer there, and I don’t think that he would have taken it here either.
Luke 1: 30-33
Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name him Jesus.
He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High, and the Lord God will give him the throne of David his father,
and he will rule over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.”
