The Greek word for "until" used in the Septuagint (2 Sam 6:23) and in Matt. 1:25 is the exact same word, “Heos”. the definition of heos has several meanings:
Of uncertain affinity; a conjunction, preposition and adverb of
continuance, until (of time and place):-even (until, unto), (as) far
***(as), how long, (un-)til(-l), (hither-, un-, up) to, while(-s).

As you can see - it doesn’t fit exclusively into your narrow parameters.

BTW, you haven’t commented about the idea there are other verses in the NT that back my use of ‘until’. Let me post them for you. I’ll ask some questions that I would like you to answer if you can.
Mt 2:13 Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, “Arise, take the young Child and His mother, flee to Egypt, and stay there
until <2193> I bring you word; for Herod will seek the young Child to destroy Him.”
-did Joseph, Mary and Jesus stay in Egypt after Harod died? Using your use of ‘until’, yes.
Mt 5:26 "Assuredly, I say to you, you will by no means get out of there till <2193> you have paid the last penny.
-after this person pays every penny, with she/he stay in prison after she/he is finished paying? Using your use of ‘until’, yes.
Mt 11:12 "And from the days of John the Baptist until <2193> now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.
-do you expect the Kingdom of Heaven to always suffer violence? Using your use of ‘until’, yes.
Mt 17:9 Now as they came down from the mountain, Jesus commanded them, saying, “Tell the vision to no one until <2193> the Son of Man is risen from the dead.”
-did they ever tell the vision to others? Using your use of ‘until’, no.
Mt 23:39 “for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till <2193> you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!’”
-after they say “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord” will they get to see Jesus ? Using your use of ‘until’, no.
Mt 27:45 Now from the sixth hour until <2193> the ninth hour there was darkness over all the land.
-after the 9th hour, did light show up again in Jerusalem? Using your use of ‘until’, no.
Mr 6:10 Also He said to them, "In whatever place you enter a house, stay there till <2193> you depart from that place.
-after they depart from that place, will they stay at the house they enter? Using your use of ‘until’, yes.
Lu 1:80 So the child grew and became strong in spirit, and was in the deserts till <2193> the day of his manifestation to Israel.
-did John the Baptist stay in the dessert? Using your use of ‘until’, yes.
Lu 12:50 "But I have a baptism to be baptized with, and I am constrained till <2193> it is accomplished!
-Is Jesus still constrained and will He be forever? Using your use of ‘until’, yes.
Joh 2:10 And he said to him, “Every man at the beginning sets out the good wine, and when the guests have well drunk, then the inferior. You have kept the good wine until <2193> now!”
-did he give the people the good wine or not? Using your use of ‘until’, no.
Joh 9:18 But the Jews did not believe concerning him, that he had been blind and received his sight, until <2193> they called the parents of him who had received his sight.
-after the Jews spoke to the parents, did they believe the son was born blind? Using your use of ‘until’, no.
Joh 13:38 Jesus answered him, "Will you lay down your life for My sake? Most assuredly, I say to you, the rooster shall not crow till < 2193> you have denied Me three times.
-after Peter denied Jesus 3 times, did the cock crow? Using your use of ‘until’, no.
Joh 16:24 "Until now <2193> you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.
-are the apostles supposed to ask the Father in the Name of Jesus? Using your use of ‘until’, no.
